Luxury home on the golf course with spacious deck overlooking the mountains

Situated on a hillside overlooking Angel Fire Resort's golf course, Spyglass Retreat delivers breathtaking course and mountain views. Easy access to the Angel Fire Country Club for golfing, fitness center, indoor pool, and restaurant. Less than 5 minutes drive to the resort’s scenic chairlift ride, downhill mountain biking, ziplining, and disc golf on the mountain. Also 5 minutes away from the resort's Monte Verde Lake with fishing, boating, and paddleboard rentals. A short walk to Olympic Family Park featuring a playground, picnic area, basketball court, pickleball and tennis courts. Many nearby trails for hiking and mountain biking. Enjoy the use of our bikes, fishing gear, tennis racquets, and basketball. If you enjoy viewing wildlife, then keep your eyes open for the local deer, elk, birds, prairie dogs, and more!

The house features a great room boasting vaulted tongue and groove wood ceilings, abundant windows, maple flooring, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen that features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The master bedroom has access to a private deck, and an en-suite bath with Hydro Tub, a walk-in glass shower, and double vanity. A double-sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and the bath will keep you warm and cozy during the cooler nights. The two guest bedrooms feature bay windows and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Enjoy the views outside on the spacious deck with Berlin Gardens chairs and table, Cook on the Weber BBQ grill. Enjoy an evening lounging around the Berlin Gardens propane fire pit. (Note: find the seat cushions stored in the garage).

Stay connected to civilization with high-speed WiFi, and enjoy 70 inch TV with access to Roku and other streaming services.

The home has an additional 1/2 bath as well as an washer and dryer.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Had a great time staying at this lovely mountain home. The back porch was especially nice; we sat outside every evening as the sun set. The location is great, minutes away from the park and country club.

Perfect getaway

Our family had an amazing time. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the wildlife and playing games. We saw quite a few deer and even a bear from the back patio. It was hard to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have visited Angel Fire for the past 7 summers and this was property was one of our top 2. However communicating with the owner was trying at first but eventually all of our questions were answered. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a comfortable stay!
