Gure Atherbia means shelter or refuge in Basque, a well-chosen name for this cozy and comfortable house. Ground floor: Large living room of over 50 m2 including a well-equipped kitchen area (gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Warm and friendly living room, bathed in light (pellet stove, large screen TV, DVD player, wifi connection via fiber). Dining area opening onto the terrace. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). Shower room (Italian shower), separate wc. Upstairs, access by a spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, sheets provided for this bed). Cleaning option 60 euros. Heating gas and electricity in supplement. 1 bag of pellets provided on arrival. On the back of the house, not overlooked: a pleasant West-facing wooden terrace, a wooded and enclosed garden with an above-ground swimming pool for the summer (open mid-June, July, August, mid-September) , garden furniture, gas griddle, 2 sunbeds. On the front of the house, a small unfenced green space. Your cottage is independent. Only the garage is shared access with the owner (garden equipment) and her little cat (access for food and litter). You can store your equipment there and access the washing machine, which you will have exclusive use of. The cars have free parking in the street which is a dead end.
