4PPII26 - Le Barcarès residence Port Plage II - pleasant two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, direct entrance into the living room; kitchen area: electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, electric oven, sofa for two people, television; bedroom: double bed; bathroom: shower, sink, toilet; pleasant terrace equipped to take your breakfast, garden furniture; private and secure parking.
Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towel: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
End of stay cleaning option to ask the agency: 80 euros
Rental WIFI BOX: 39 € / week
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and will be made imperatively before your arrival (no cash or check).
