New and fully equipped apartment, in a developing complex. South-facing, terrace with magnificent sea views. Close to Puerto de la Duquesa (4.8 km away). Aldea Beach (2 km away), nearby shops, bars and restaurants.

Living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer...), 2 bedrooms (double bed and two single beds of 90X200).
Terrace with electric grill. (Please note that Zapholiday is not responsible for replacing the gas bottle or barbecue charcoal).
600 Mb Wifi, fibre optic, IPTV, international channels and VOD.
Large 140 cm screen TV, international IPTV channels + VOD. Sound bar, simultaneous chargers for multiple smartphones and tablets (Android, iPhone...)
Bathroom equipped with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and scales.
Laundry room including toilet, washbasin, storage cupboard, washing machine.
