Super propriété conforme à la description. Kris et sympa et présente. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Hormis un souci de portail tout c'est bien passé.

Vacances gùchées en famille

La maison est agrĂ©able mais la piscine Ă©tait inutilisable ce qui a grandement gĂąchĂ© notre semaine de vacances en famille. La piscine Ă©tait censĂ©e ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e mais le pisciniste nous a expliquĂ© que ce n’était pas possible en Ă©tĂ© pour cause de risque d’évaporation. L’annonce Ă©tait donc mensongĂšre sur ce point pour les mois d’étĂ©. RĂ©sultat une eau autour de 20 degrĂ©s. De plus et surtout la piscine Ă©tait sale en l’absence d’aspirateur et l’eau Ă©tait trouble. On nous a expliquĂ© que le skimmer devait Ă©vacuer les impuretĂ©s ce qu’il ne fit pas et que l’eau trouble s’expliquait pas la grande qualitĂ© des produits utilisĂ©s (lol). Des fois plus c’est gros plus ça passe mais lĂ  ce n’est pas passĂ©. De guerre lasse et aprĂšs beaucoup de discussions avec le gestionnaire j’ai eu un remboursement d’une petite partie de la location ce qui revient finalement et quand mĂȘme Ă  un prix trĂšs Ă©levĂ© pour une maison sans piscine.

A nice villa in a good location

The only two issues we had were: 1 access into the driveway is narrow and steep for a larger car (Jaguar) We managed to scrape the underside of the car a few times because of the ridge on the gateway. 2 The villa could do with a sun umbrella to provide shade during the day Otherwise the property is very well-eqipped
