Please accept our apology for the dryer not working properly and the parking issues. The washer and dryer have been replaced. Although we completely understand your frustration regarding the parking passes, this is a resort issue that we do not have control over. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Shauna, please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the dryer not working properly during your stay in Celadon 1902 "Aloha No Ka Oi," a three-bed, two-bath condo in Panama City Beach's Celadon Beach Resort. The washer and dryer were replaced on July 28th. Our notes show that on the night of the 11th (Sunday), we received a call from you saying the dryer would not start. We would be able to send someone out in the morning and we would bring you bath towels that night if needed, but we do not provide beach towels. On the 12th (Monday), since maintenance was unable to repair the dryer, an appliance tech was scheduled to come on Wednesday. Because of this, someone offered to pick up and launder any needed items and keep you supplied with towels for two days. Maintenance was sent over again (twice) to try and to make the dryer work on the 14th (Wednesday) until a scheduled service call on Friday. Via a chat on the 16th (Friday), you stated that you had left a day earlier and enjoyed your stay. Property management would be reaching out to you regarding compensation. $300.00 was refunded to you due to the issue with the dryer. We would also like to apologize for the housekeepers arriving early. Thank you for making us aware of this incident. Although we completely understand your frustration regarding the elevators, we unfortunately have no control over such an issue at any resort property. If you would like a more concise summary/sequence of events, we would be more than happy to provide you with our notes. We hope you enjoyed the décor and layout of this unit. Please accept our sincerest apology for the cleanliness of the floors, the dryer not working properly, and the balcony not being cleaned sooner. A new washer and dryer have been installed. We hope the return of the cleaning fee provided some sort of compensation for any discomfort experienced. We unfortunately have no control over the elevators at any resort property such as this. Instead renters would call the contact number for the management company of a rental property. An HOA office may be found on-site. Although we completely understand your frustration, we unfortunately have no control over the elevators at any resort property such as this. We would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean this unit had we been made aware during your stay. We were unable to find any notes regarding communication about the cleanliness of this unit or the dryer. The dryer and washing machine have been replaced.
