This home boasts an 18x22 Deck off of the 3rd floor with views of the ocean, great for tanning and hanging out with friends & family. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer/ Sleeps 17. Bring the whole family! King bedroom has a walk in shower & Jacuzzi tub. 2 of the bedrooms have a desk for those that work remotely & one of them has an Ethernet connection. You can BBQ by the pool after a day at the beach. Close to many restaurants, shopping, attractions and 5 miles to Pier Park. Custom built in Queen over Queen bunks and Queen over King Bunk was added to the home! This home is roomy and cozy! Come make your memories in Beach Daze! I promise you will not want to leave! We are Management Company in the Panhandle area of Florida with years of experience. The owner of this home is an Engineer and he lives out of State. He loves the Florida Beaches and he and his family visit here. He loved it so much he bought this beautiful home. He rents the home weekly when he is not in town and we manage it for him. We are very customer service oriented and we want each guest to make themselves at home and make great memories. We are available 24/7 for every guest.

This property is Awesome and has location location location! Directly across the street from the beach and Seltzer Park. This home is close to St Andrews Bay, Boat rentals, Public Boat Ramp to the Bay & close to Shell Island, and the Beach is across the street. You can Swim with the Dolphins or go on the Dolphin Tour, ride Go karts, rent a Golf Cart to cruise around in..... the options are endless. And it's very homey and nice for all who stay here.
What makes this property unique
Among the many attractions, shopping and restaurants, there are 2 golf courses, Panama City Beach Airport very close for convenient travel. This home is also only a few blocks from the Bay a boat ramp for those of you that bring your boat or you can rent one. Those that love to fish, you can do both here. Play at the beach and fish. Red Fish and Snapper are among some of the fish that can be caught in the Bay.
