Style house for temporary rent for 8 people. One block from Varese beach and four blocks from Güemes comercial street. Perfect location! Three bedrooms, one of them in an attic en suite with a terrace balcony overlooking the sea. Another with French balcony and side view of the sea. Three bathrooms. Two fully equipped kitchens. Washing machine. Interior patio with charcoal grill. Garage. Sommier beds. Sheets and towels . Wifi. 2 Flat screen TV. Cable. Two living rooms with a dining table. 4 beach chairs. All main rooms have excellent ventilation and natural lighting. Ideal two families.
