The location was perfect for attending l'Marathon des vins de Blaye, accessing the restaurants and shops area, and getting taxis. The host was very accommodating and their entry/exit instructions were clear, as a beginning French learner I was able to understand the expectations. The photos do not show that the toilet is in a "closet" near the front door but sink and shower are in the far corner, so the bathroom situation is a little inconvenient. I arrived in Spring and having the windows cracked just for a short while invited a swarm of flies, which was not fun, so after getting rid of them I had to keep the windows closed.I was required to dispose of trash after check-out, and the town recycling space was a far walk from the property, so as a guest be sure to leave yourself enough time to get to the space and return.

Appartement fortifié.

L'appartement est bien situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble ancien en coeur de ville à proximité de la Gironde, près de la citadelle et de la place du marché. Pratique pour visiter le bordelais, ses châteaux, ses caves et ses vignobles, l''appartement, orienté plein Ouest, est clair et bien rénové, disposant de toutes les commodités. Nous avons été satisfaits de la location.
