Whether it's a quiet morning in the saltwater pool as the sun rises over the cliffs or an evening gathering beneath the stars beside one of several fire features, the home blends privacy, elegance, and ambiance with ease. Floor-to-ceiling glass reveals nature’s drama while maintaining a cocoon of seclusion.
The property’s thoughtful layout includes a private guest villa—ideal for staff, VIP guests, or personal assistants—along with an elevator, chef-grade kitchen, and multiple spaces for entertainment or relaxation. Guests have access to every area of the home except for a few storage closets and the wine storage room.
Other things to note
We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
• We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
• Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation. Waterfalls are non-operation when pool heat is on.
• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
• NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
• Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 14 guests is $150 more per person per night
Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250 per person per night
• No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
• Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
• Bedroom 6 is on a platform beside stairs/loft area, inside casita. Picture will be shown above.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
