Maison bien pensée, équipée correctement (manque cependant d un four micro ondes et d un sèche linge pour des vacances en novembre). Accueil moyen avec manque de draps, lits non faits à l arrivée, maison à aménager intérieur et extérieur à l arrivée par nous même, jaccuzi à 26 degré à l arrivée, pas d entretien du jacuzzi (drôle d odeur de l eau), rendre la maison dans sa position d hiver... Aucune attention de bienvenue. Pas de possibilité de garer la voiture simplement à côté de la maison (passage trop etroit) Peu d espaces jardin pour les enfants Bons points: accès aux terrains de tennis de la résidence, emplacement.

Erg leuk huis, goede locatie

Erg leuk huis. Fijn dat er airco aanwezig is omdat het er erg warm kan worden in de zomer. Het was jammer dat het zwembad op het park niet beschikbaar was en het asfalt is erg slecht. Dit wordt wel hersteld volgend jaar, dus zeker een reden om terug te komen!

Hübsches Haus mit großer Terrasse als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Wir mussten die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig buchen und die Eigentümerin war sehr entgegenkommend mit der schnellen Buchung. Ingrid - die Verwalterin vor Ort - spricht deutsch und ist überaus hilfsbereit. Dank ihrer Unterstützung konnten wir die Unstimmigkeiten von verschiedenen Gebühren für Reinigung und Bettwäsche klären. Es gibt KEINEN Pool in der Ferienanlage, das war etwas schade, weil wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Er soll evtl im kommenden Jahr renoviert und neu eröffnet werden. Den Grill und den Whirlpool haben wir nicht benutzt. Das Gelände wirkt eher wie ein in die Jahre gekommenes Feriendomizil für Rentner. Es ist schön ruhig, aber man benötigt für alle Aktivitäten ein Auto. Der Strand von Cogolin ist 6 Minuten entfernt. Kostenfrei Parken kann man beim Parking des Marines de Gassin. Mit der Navette geht es auch morgens schnell nach St Tropez (ohne Stress wegen der Parkplatz Suche). Insgesamt kann ich das Haus empfehlen, wenn die Dinge, die wir erlebt haben noch verbessert werden (u.a. Wurde während des Aufenthaltes der Angebotstext geändert und plötzlich war kein Pool mehr vorhanden…).
