Very nice apartment completely renovated (28m² + terrace 6m²), includes a living room with equipped and fitted kitchen, TV, sofa bed. Wifi being installed.

Located near the spa resort (6 min by car, 20 on foot, shuttle bus in front of the residence), close to the Thau pond and the beaches in the residence les Hauts de Balaruc, 1st floor with lift.

This refurbished apartment, very well equipped, will allow you to spend a pleasant stay, with swimming pool, barbecue, petanque court in a quiet and relaxing place.

Closed parking, private parking space.

Cleaning must be carried out by the holidaymaker before departure, the rental must be returned in a clean condition, any failure to do so will be deducted from the deposit.

2 Deposits: (for information purposes)
- Furniture deposit: 400 euros
- Cleaning deposit: 100 euros
The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

Bed linen option 25 Euros per stay + 2.50 Euros per person for towels to be paid at the entrance.

Für ein Paar perfekt. Wir mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Nachhinein etwas klein… Pool war super und alles andere war auch super! Waschmaschine hat sehr gut geklappt… check in war gut, problemlos die Vermieterin erreicht bei fragen.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans cet appartement où tout le nécessaire était présent. Il y a aussi un bel espace piscine et la climatisation a été très appréciée. Les hôtes étaient facilement joignables et agréables.

L’hote est sympathique et une bonne communication.Apartement propre et agréable, rénové et la résidence est calme. La piscine est top mais malheureusement les résidents n’arrêtent pas de faire la bagarre avec les autres enfants qui sautent dans l’eau.

Découverte agreable

Appartement superbement décoré et très bien équipé. bien situé sur l'étang, un peu à l'écart avec une piscine super pour les enfants et faire un plouf en début et fin de journée. Bonne base pour visiter Pézenas et Sète. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très satisfaits de ce logement

Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans ce logement qui était tout à fait conforme à la description donnée sur le site. Les gérants ont été réactifs et serviables. Ils ont mis à notre disposition des ventilateurs qui nous ont aidés à supporter la canicule. Le logement était parfaitement propre, agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons été agréablement surpris d'y trouver des produits de ménage, produits d'hygiène, café, thé et de quoi assaisonner nos plats. L'ambiance dans la résidence était bonne et la piscine fantastique, Nous avons apprécié la facilité de se garer dans le parking de la résidence. Balaruc-les-Bains et ses alentours ont été une belle découverte pour nous.
