New villa Elba, 180° sea view, 8 pax, 4 bedrooms, heated swimming pool

Villa Elba is located in the village of Erbalunga, a 15-minute drive north of Bastia and a 5-minute walk from the historic village of Erbalunga, its small harbour, and its Vauban tower.
The villa is part of a complex of 12 new villas, nestled on the mountainside. The villa faces the sea and offers a magnificent 180° view of the islands of Elba and Capraia to the east, Bastia to the south, and the mountains to the north and west. Two parking spaces are located right next to the villa.
You will be welcomed by Antoine, the villa manager, who will have organised and prepared your stay. The bedrooms will be made up with sheets and bath towels; additional linens, such as tea towels or beach towels, can be reserved. The mandatory full cleaning service is not included in the price. It ensures the house is spotless when you arrive! Daily cleaning services are also available upon prior request.
You enter the villa on the upper floor into a large living area featuring an open-concept dining room, kitchen, and living room opening onto a large terrace with a pool (the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, ice maker, oil-free fryer, dishes, and kitchen utensils). The master suite, with its en-suite bathroom offering a magnificent view of Elba Island and the village, is on the same floor (queen-size bed: 160 x 200). There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.
The dining area features a large, extendable round table for indoor dining, along with 8 comfortable chairs. The living area features two three-seater sofas, a large ottoman, a coffee table, and a fireplace (insert), as well as a TV connected to an unlimited Wi-Fi router (fiber-optic internet is currently being rolled out in the village).
The terrace is furnished with a dining table for eight, armchairs, two umbrellas, a barbecue, and a plancha. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a pool storage cabinet containing maintenance supplies. The pool can be heated using a heat pump.
To go down to the lower level, you must take the interior stairs. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet (one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and two bedrooms with two 90x200 beds each). All bedrooms have a walk-in closet or large storage closets.
Air conditioning is available in every room of the villa with individual thermostats.
