This spacious one-bedroom beachfront condo has the ideal location to enjoy all the western Maui has to offer at Kaanapali Villas Resort. A large outdoor living space makes for a special location to relax in privacy. You will have all the comforts of a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an updated bath, two smart TVs, wifi, and a king bed as well as a sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Close to two championship golf courses, the Whaler's Village shopping area and the famous, unparalleled sandy beaches Maui is known for. From snorkeling, kiteboarding, swimming, and paddleboarding, you will have all the activities you are looking for at your fingertips. Kaanapali Villas Resort is known for its three miles of powdery white sand beach and an abundance of activities that make it an ideal location for making your vacation effortless.

Guest Access:
Maui Kaanapali Villas Resort gives guests the opportunity to utilize many helpful amenities by purchasing an inexpensive comprehensive package. For only $20.80 mandatory Resort Fee per night, you'll have Wi-Fi, parking, a morning coffee bar, fitness center access, and unlimited local phone calls. Beautiful property so close to the beach

We were very happy with the penthouse and the property. The unit is roomy and comfortable with nice amenities. Best part was the gorgeous views of the ocean from the wrap around deck that was filled with comfy seating choices and a large, spotless hot tub. The property is lush with friendly staff, fun activity area (ping pong, puzzles, book & dvd library) and the restaurant had good food in a relaxed oceanside atmosphere. Family friendly, and the trolley to Whaler’s Village and other nearby stops was great for getting around.

More than expected! Views are amazing!

What a fantastic experience. The suite offered all of the amenities and then some. From the hot tub to the patio swings, to the tv and electric grill on the patio. If the weather is good and you like relaxing outside after al long day at the beach, this place offers it all. Comfortable inside as well with plenty of room. We weren’t expecting the queen size bed in the living area with a trundle. Made it much more comfortable for my daughter and her friend as we though they’d be sleeping on the fold out couch. The staff at the resort were very accommodating and the staff at Sun Beach Rentals was very responsive to every question as we prepared for our arrival. I highly recommend this property and Sun Beach Rentals. Top Notch!!

Lanai is priceless!

Enjoyed 8 days here and we loved it! The lanai is AMAZING!! Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond!
