Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for eight plus four bar stools, and a comfy living area with a 50' smart TV and a gas fireplace. There is even a high chair and a playpen available for younger guests.

When it's time to hit the hay, you will notice each bedroom also has a 50' smart TV with cable. Streaming is seamless with complimentary WiFi with speeds up to 100 Mbps.

Guests will also enjoy access to a seasonal, shared pool, hot tub, and sports courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, great place!
We had four adults and two kids—this was a perfect space for all of us, and the view from the back is beautiful. The location is great, next to a market and some restaurants, the marina, and a short drive to north beach. We really enjoyed our time here!

Clean, well stocked, amazing views. This was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels including pool towels, sheets, pillows etc. The only thing we lacked was enough shampoo and conditioner for 6 people. I would also like to suggest to the company to include the unit number on the text message information notifications. I was using the address information on the text messages to find the rental. We arrived very late and didn't know there was supposed to be a unit number so it took us awhile to figure out which unit it was. We were sent the address and check in information multiple times but the unit was never included. I did end up finding it later in the original booking. The night we arrived I used the GPS and made my best guess to which unit it was. I tried the door code, and it worked so that's how I knew which unit.
