Very attractive 3-room air-conditioned flat, fully renovated and refurbished in early 2022, measuring 38 m2 + 8 m2 loggia, on garden level, sleeps 4, located in the Domaine Les Restanques on the Golfe de Saint-Tropez in Grimaud.

You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from this comfortable, peaceful flat, set in 25 hectares of landscaped grounds, including a 1,600 m2 water park (2 swimming pools, including 1 wave pool, jacuzzi and slides), a lake, restaurant, mini-market, tennis/basketball/pétanque court, fitness centre, various activities in July and August...

The estate is located 1 km from the beaches of Grimaud / Port Grimaud, 10 km from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne.

Cleaning costs OUR responsibility. Sunday arrival or departure only possible in July/August, on request. In the event of departure on a Sunday, a surcharge of 10 euros will be added to the price of the cleaning service.

A security deposit (cheque or cash) is required on arrival, and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is found on departure:
- Deposit of 500 euros to cover any costs incurred as a result of damage.
- Deposit of 100 euros for any cleaning not carried out that is the responsibility of the tenants or any additional costs due to a lack of regular maintenance of the property
- Deposit of 50 euros for swimming pool badges/wristbands (200 euros in total).

Minimum 5-night rental.
For long weekends / bank holidays... rental possible (3-night minimum); 115 euros per night.

A very nice holiday

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week. It left nothing to be desired, just as it was described online. We immediately felt at home. The complex where the apartment is located was very well maintained. The pools were clean, and the teenagers loved it. Communication with the landlady, as well as with the concierge service before arrival and on-site, was perfect.We will definitely recommend the apartment and might even come back ourselves.

L’arrivée se déroule sans soucis. Le logement était propre. La description de l’annonce est tout à fait correcte. La communication avec Lucie malgré qu’elle ne soit pas sur place est très rapide , elle répond à toutes les questions. La piscine est à 2 pas. Le site est très beau. Superbe semaine au sein du Domaine les Restanques. Le domaine est très bien entretenu, proche de la mer. Le logement était tel que indiqué dans l'annonce, parfait. Avec une belle vue sur la Méditerranée. Et la piscine "lagon" est juste magnifique.

Der Aufenthalt auf der Anlage war wunderschön. Das Apartment ist modern und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben an Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Alles ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und es wurde an viele nützliche Details gedacht. Vielen Dank dafür! Check-In und Out liefen zuverlässig und reibungslos. Die Pools sind super und die Anlage ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Das Personal auf der Anlage ist freundlich und entspannt. Hier lässt sich prima Urlaub machen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hübsche und saubere Ferienwohnung - sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und alle Familienmitglieder haben sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind nicht zu toppen! Zudem kann man aufgrund der Hanglage sogar den Blick auf das Meer genießen - das Urlaubsfeeling war somit perfekt. Der Mitarbeiter von der örtlichen Verwaltung war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür. Was noch verbessert werden kann: Wir wussten zunächst nicht, an wen wir uns wegen der Schlüsselübergabe wenden sollten. Zum Glück ließ sich dies dann mit einer WhatsApp schnell klären. WLAN wäre auch noch schön. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der schönen Umgebung von Grimaud!

Ma réservation aupres d’un particulier aux restanques de grimaud a été parfaite dans un appartement refaite à neuf comportant tous le matériel necessaire de cuisine et incroyablement organisé malgré sa petite surface. Seule la douche qui, pour une personne, même légèrement corpulente est etroite.

Appartement très joli, totalement rénové, très bien situé, à proximité de la piscine, à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage, mais surtout tout équipé, il ne manque rien (électroménager, fond de maison, même des pastilles lave linge et vaisselle!). L’appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel et agréable même avec un enfant de 2 ans (!) grâce à la terrasse et au petit extérieur. L’environnement des Restanques est superbe et calme. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !
