15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from the Argentière beach, 20 minutes from the L'Estagnol beach, the beaches of Hyères, Toulon-Hyères Airport, and the pier for the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant).

The villa: With a surface area of approximately 120 sqm and a plot of 1800 sqm with an infinity pool (9x5m), several terrace areas, a pool house with a bar, and a petanque area.
It extends over 2 levels:

Level 1: An air-conditioned double bedroom with a QueenSize bed (160200) and a terrace with a sea view. A large bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Ground floor: A large living/dining room with a fireplace and television, a large fully equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a long terrace with a sea view and pool. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with QueenSize beds (160*200) and wardrobes, a safe, a terrace with a sea view.

At the back of the villa, access is steep and not recommended for low vehicles. Another, gentler access at the front, followed by a few steps to reach the villa.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit 1600€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 220€.
