About this property

Our spacious and decorated luxury condo offers you almost 1500 square feet of living space, that will comfortably sleep six to eight people plus two trundle beds in the third bedroom for children. It is in a great location close to everything but not in Hwy 76 traffic.

The large master bedroom opens to the screened porch and offers a King bed, with private tub/shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The third bedroom with two twin beds, private bath with double sinks and walk-in closet, overlooks the living area from a Juliet balcony that can be closed off for privacy. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with an over-sized shower/bath off of it.

The vaulted living area opens to a screened porch that overlooks a beautiful brook with water falls, pond, and fountain and some views of the Pointe Royale golf course. The porch is like an out door room with shades for privacy and an outdoor electric fireplace.



A fully equipped kitchen with service for 16, snack bar, and a full dining room with expandable table to seat eight, adds to the comfort of the living space. Other amenities inside the condo include cable TV, TVs with remotes for each bedroom, three DVDs, one VCR, and several movies and games. Outside amenities include two pools, a hot tub and a play area for children. This is a prime location close to the main attractions with easy access to the shows, shopping, and lakes.

We are empty nesters who have married children and 9 grand children. We are now retired from Education/Coaching and Real Estate careers. We enjoy traveling, sports, and visiting our children and grand children. We spend a lot of time on the road watching their activities. We also travel a lot between our other vacation homes that we rent out when ever our families are not using them. Why they chose this property

We bought our condo with our kids in mind. Branson is a great place for our kids and grandkids to enjoy with so much to see and do that they will never get tired of going there. We picked this location because it is close with easy access to all the attractions without getting caught in all the Highway 76 traffic.

What makes this property unique

Branson is ever evolving and every year brings more and more variety of things to do and see, not just the country shows. That area also has some of the BEST golf courses close by, great hiking and biking trails, and of course the lakes where there is lots of boating and fishing.
