- a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a TV, and a folding dining table for 5 people with 4 chairs and 2 stools, opening onto a 2m² balcony.
- a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and two hotplates
- a bathroom with a bathtub and sink
- a separate toilet
Cellar No. C105 is located on the ground floor of Building A
No private parking space.
The apartment is equipped with duvets, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
It does not include bed linens or household linen.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (optional upon request). DEPARTURE BEFORE 10 AM. ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TIMES WILL BE PENALIZED.
A cleaning protocol that complies with current health standards is in place between each rental.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Cleaning for studios (Large studio): €65.
- Linens for 5 people: €95.
