About this property

This apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floors of this beautifully renovated "Osprey" treehouse on Folly Beach. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, surfing, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Folly Beach by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston at night. Guests can use the upper balcony and front parking areas. There's also a shared outside shower at the base of the stairs. Depending on the season, there may be a resident or vacationer who are in a separate downstairs unit. Guests are not permitted to use the back garden or the downstairs patio space, this space is reserved for the downstairs unit. This is a quiet part of the island just two minutes walk to the beach, moments to center street nightlife, and approximately 30 minutes to historic downtown Charleston. A car or rented golf cart is the fastest around Folly Beach, definitely recommended for a trip to a bigger grocery store or to see all of Charleston's offerings.

Great location, wonderful house!

This clean, quaint, and cozy cottage had everything we needed and more -- and was truly a short 3-minute walk to the beach, which was even closer than I had expected! The owner was friendly and everything was easy and just as described. Thank you! We will be back!

Loved our Stay!

Super clean and comfortable stay. Patricia was so accommodating. The deck was fantastic and the beach a few steps away. The bedrooms with their own baths plus downstairs powder room were perfect for our group size. We will return.

Great stay

Enjoyed the place, the town, the beach. Appreciated the quick replies from the owners to my questions, and their home is as it is presented online. Would stay again, and would recommend.
