Le Ginkgo**** is a little jewel hidden in the narrow streets of the historic centre of Collioure, the Côte Vermeille masterpiece, only a few seconds from the beach. A true temple of relaxation by the sea, close to many places of interest in the village and more widely in the Catalan country. Completely renovated in 2021, get away & enjoy this amazing hosting as well in summer as in winter, with its terrific troglodyte spa!
