Sehr schöne Umgebung

Wohnung war zweckmässig eingerichtet- völlig ausreichend bei schönem Wetter- waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Nicht so schön war ein fehlender Wasserkocher und Toaster. Ebenso unangenehm war es so gut wie keine Informationen aus Fernseh Medien zu erhalten - es waren nur 2 inländische Sender verfügbar haben auf Radio zurück gegriffen. Umgebung hat für Tages Ausflüge sehr viel zu bieten, vor allem für Kinder , wir waren begeistert.

Die Wohnung war nicht, wie beschrieben und gebucht. Es gab kein Schlafzimmer, das Bett war eine Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer . Das 2. Zimmer hatte ein Doppelstockbett, welches den Raum einnahm, wenn die Tür geschlossen war, war zwischen Bett und Tür 50 cm Platz. Es gab kein Fenster. Es gab kein WLAN und der TV Empfang bezog sich auf 3 österreichische Sender.

Haus mit vielen Parteien Küche mit vielen Utensilien/Geräten Kein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer (kein Bett, sondern ausgezogene Couch) zusammen mit Esszimmer, es gab hier viel Kitsch Schöner Balkon Schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche Klitzekleiner Raum mit Doppelbett, bedingt nutzbar für Kinder 1,- € Münz-Sauna (ca. 5-6 Stück), aber kein Liegeraum und der Vorraum war eiskalt Nach Schneefall muss der Parkplatz wegen Räumung mittags frei sein, blöd wenn man mit dem Skibus fährt und mittags auf der Piste ist Skibushaltestelle in der Nähe, Restaurants nicht

Obiekt wakacyjny oceniam wysoko, początkowo po przyjeździe wystąpiły problemy z przekazaniem kluczy, ale po Waszej interwencji klucze zostały dostarczone. Stan obiektu bardzo dobry, zdziwił nas jednak brak czajnika, wodę gotowaliśmy jak dawniej w garnku. Nie mogliśmy interweniować na miejscu ponieważ na podane nr telefonu nie można było wykonać połączenia. Obiekt znajduje się w pobliżu często nawożonych łąk stąd duża ilość much. Można pomyśleć o moskitierze.

Die Lage in Flachau ist optimal, kurze Wege zum Skigebiet, Autobahnanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Abends durch den belebten Ort, alles perfekt. Unterkunft war sauber, das Kinderschlafzimmer war sehr klein, ohne Fenster, außer einem Doppelstockbett passte nichts rein. Nette Hausmeisterin, perfekter Skikeller.

Für 3-4 Personen nicht geeignet

Falsche Information! In der Abstellkammer ohne Fenster mit Zählerkasten, wo die Abdeckung nur mit einem Isolierband befestigt war und in der Nacht sehr laute Geräusche (wie Türe knallen) von sich gab, war das Etagenbett untergebracht, wie auch Staubsauger und Haushaltsleiter! Das war als Schlafraum angegeben! Wirklich eine Zumutung! Im Vorraum war die Küche und der Wohnschlafraum war nur durch einen Durchgang mit Vorhang getrennt! Dort war eine Ausziehcouch.Für 2 Erwachsene m.Kind nicht geeignet

Die Abdeckung wird aus praktischen Gründen mit einem Isolierband befestigt. Da der Raum schmal ist, ist dies die einzige Lösung, die Abdeckung zu öffnen und zu schließen. Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung.

Bardzo czyste i miłe mieszkanko,ciepło, cicho i przytulnie.Byliśmy tam czwarty raz na nartach ośrodek też polecam, jedynym minusem jest brak wifi. Wyposażenie mieszkania wystarczające. Polecam dla osób mało wymagających.
