In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop "Ried i.Z. Zum Grian Bam" 1 km, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7 km, lake Schlitterer Badesee 10 km. Terrace furniture, box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. In the toilet is also a urinal. From the terrace you can enjoy the outdoors.

Ruim en net appartement

Vriendelijke gastheer, ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, wo vaatwasser en zeer nette ruime badkamer. Lokatie is dichtbij een supermarkt en ski-verhuur. De skibus stopt bij hotel ca 300meter verderop. Een paar kleine tips ter verbetering: -Het toiletpapier was al bijna op bij aankomst dat we hiervoor eerst direct naar de supermarkt moesten. -WiFi is erg matig, vooral ‘s avonds een stuk minder wanneer je even televisie wil kijken op de iPad. -Suggestie om een chromecast te installere

Mooi appartement

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit chalet. Het chalet ligt aan de achterkant aan een tuin. Vrij gebruik van ligstoelen. Tuin op het Zuidoosten. Erg schoon. De bedden in de kleine slaapkamer zijn 1.90 m lang dus voor volwassenen wat aan de korte kant. Keuken goed uitgerust. Grote badkamer die direct grenst aan de kleine slaapkamer. Pas als je door de badkamer loopt kom je in deze slaapkamer. Wifi is helaas matig dat was toch jammer. Verder rustige gastheer en gastvrouw met hun zoon. Prima verblijf.

Fijne vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht.

Zeer goede ligging aan de rand van het gemoedelijke dorp Ried. Veel bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten in de omgeving. Vriendelijke eigenaren die voor iedere vraag benaderbaar zijn. Ook vind je hier rust en ruimte.

Goed uitgerust ruim appartement

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement op de begane grond. Zeer gastvrije, maar niet opdringerige gastheer en vrouw. Hele grote keuken met uitgebreide uitrusting. Zelfs droogrek en knijpers aanwezig. Klein nadeel is dat de vaatwasser en koelkast in de bijkeuken staan. Naast het terrasje een leuk stukje gras waar onze jonge kinderen prima konden spelen. Bij warm weer is het binnen heerlijk koel en kan je lekker buiten in de schaduw zitten. Lekker ruime badkamer en ouder slaapkamer met heerlijke (harde) bedden. Prima centraal gelegen uitvalsbasis voor diverse uitstapjes in het Zillertal. Voldoende parkeerruimte. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Prima vakantieonderkomen bij zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.

Een prima appartement voor max. 5 personen in een woning van zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Goede slaapkamers en een woonkeuken (geen aparte woonkamer). Grote badkamer, bijkeuken en een flink terras met overkapping (4 zitplaatsen), prachtige ligstoelen, flinke tuin met grasveld. En vooral: dat uitzicht....!

Schöne FEWO

Für drei Personen großzügig geschnittene FEWO. Sehr schön ist der Ausgang zur Terrasse, zudem steht dort die Abendsonne. Schöne große Küche.
