begin your vacation in Costambar, a beautiful, secure, seaside gated community which includes a golf course, restaurants and all the services which will make your vacation a wonderful experience.
Imagine sitting on our back porch sipping a tropical drink in our oceanfront villa and watching the cruise ships entering the ports. Our villa provides unobstructed ocean views that carves out our mile long, soft sandy beach, which borders our lush tropical backyard. The crescent of the shoreline is fully protected by a living coral reef and gentle tide, which makes the azure, warm water safe for swimming. Our Villa can accommodate up to three couples in three bedrooms with three full baths. When you rent my house you are the only people using it.
Our beautiful three bedroom villa is right on the ocean. You can't get any closer. Our villa is a modern, Spanish style casa located on the beach and ocean. Our casa is fully equipped for a wonderful vacation. Our manager, is available to make your vacation a wonderful experience. You will have the best of experiences: all the comforts of home and a wonderful relaxing vacation. Although we have wonderful ocean breezes all year long the three major bedrooms also have air conditioning. Our cleaning person will clean the house twice for each one week stay.
Although our casa is on a small and private portion of the beach, the main beach area where the beach vendors and restaurants are is only a 5 minute walk. You may also enjoy just sitting on our lounge chairs in our grassy backyard watching the waves roll in and enjoying the ocean breeze. From our backyard you have an unobstructed view of the ocean..

We have owned our house since 2000. Costambar provides our family with the ability to enjoy a relaxed and laid back vacation with all the amenities of a hotel resort without the tourists crowds and stress. Our house is set up for a relaxed vacation and just beautiful views. This is a photo of Isidro, our manager who I know for 25 years and Maria-elena who keeps our house clean and beautiful who I know for 17 years
