We are glad to welcome you in our large house " La Kaz A Nat*** ", located 15 minutes from the beach of l'Hermitage. This large house designed for 6 people is ideally located for a leisure or professional stay.

Schön, aber...

Die Lage ist gut, der Garten ist sehr schön, die Betten sind gut Die Türen zu den Schlafräumen und zum Bad schließen nicht richtig oder gar nicht (Schlafraum unten rechts) Es fehlt eine Tür zum Waschraum (die Waschmaschine ist sehr laut) Es sind nur 2 Ventilatoren da (für 3 Schlafräume) Die Stühle im Esszimmer sind unbequem Der elektrische Wasserkocher ist zu klein (nur 0,5 l) Es fehlen Ablageflächen in den Schlafzimmern Das Bad riecht manchmal schlecht (Abfluss) Es fehlten Trockentücher (zum Geschirr abtrocknen)

Excellente prestation

Le logement très propre et bien placé, spacieux et bien aménagé/équipé. L'équipe Keylodge répond très rapidement. Nous avions besoin de convertures, elles ont été fournies dès le lendemain. Des disfonctionnements dans la gestion de la boîte à clés: Très anxiogène! SVP, envoyez le code 48h avant l'arrivée comme promis par mail et non pas la veille par téléphone. De plus, le code n'était plus valide au moment de la restitution des clés. On ne peut remplacer un être humain par un automate que si ce dernier est irréprochable. Par bonheur, le service par téléphone est rapide, efficace et très aimable.

Une maison tranquille

Une maison au calme et avec un jardin très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais la maison mériterait toutefois quelques rénovations : les fenêtres, la salle de bains... Nous étions 4 adultes, nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous installer à 4 dans le salon. Il y a seulement 1 canapé, pas de fauteuils. Nous aurions apprécié également que le jardin soit équipé de chaises longues. Un dernier point d'attention, un effort doit être fait sur la propreté. Un point positif : la literie est de bonne qualité !

Belle maison avec jardin dans un quartier calme

l'espace dans la maison (chambres spacieuses, rangement), le jardin. Vaisselle en quantité, lave vaisselle, lave linge, le calme du quartier. guides touristiques mise à disposition. En juillet, rajouter des couvertures car les nuits étaient fraîches.
