About this property
Villa Grand Fond for 4 people on the lagoon
Individual house of 75m² feet in the water with an enclosed garden of 100 m2. Capacity for 4 adults and a baby. Independent access with enclosed parking. Direct access to the beach through the garden shared with the owner. 4 rooms including 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Dressing. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. TV, Wi Fi. Cot, high chair, small bathtub. Large covered terrace on private, tree-filled and enclosed garden. The presence of pets is to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Parties are not allowed without the prior agreement of the owner.
A deposit check (not cashed) of € 500 will be requested upon arrival and returned to you upon departure.
The new calculation of the tourist tax (01/19 of the TCO) is 5% of the price of the night / occupant, its amount therefore varies according to the number of occupants and cannot be higher than 2.30 € / adult / night. Those under 18 are not taxed but are taken into account in the calculation of the night / occupant. I hope my explanation is clear enough for those with bad math like me .......
