About this property

Villa Creole 5 F for 6/8 people with swimming pool and pool house

F 5 located west of Reunion, 5 minutes from the lagoon of Saint-Leu, equipped for 8 people maximum. Ideal for holidays. Parking in a fenced yard accessible only to tenants of the house. Veranda facing the ocean (screen impregnable)
The villa is proposed as follows:
The main part consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, kitchen, living room.
The suite of 36 m2 one heated room of 20 m2 with bathroom and separate toilet

- rental of the main part for 6 persons from 650 € / week depending on season.
- Rental throughout the villa to 950 € / week (main part + master bedroom) 8 people max. The rental of the suite can be independent of the main part. If a group rents the main part only, the master suite will be closed and will not be rented to other people.
The terrace has a view of the sea. If you're lucky you'll spot whales between August and October. Enjoy the salt swimming pool secured by a barrier and an alarm and the pool house to relax. The villa is accessed through the city center or the Route des Tamarins. Many activities are possible: beach and lagoon accessible to all, diving club, surfing, paragliding ... Museums: Stella Matutina, Kélonia, salt museum. Market showman on Saturday morning. hiking and horse trails. Ideally located for exploring the island (volcano, Mafate cirques, Cilaos, Piton des Neiges ...)

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam onthaal. Heel lekkere zelf gemaakte gelei van lokale vruchten en een kokosnoot om te drinken voor elk van ons. Ruime nette villa met goed uitgeruste keuken met veel servies en bestek zodat je niet na elke maaltijd schotels moet wassen. Zonsondergang vanop het overdekte terras of van naast het grote zwembad. Voor foto's stap je omwille van elektriciteitskabels wel best zo'n 100-150 m verder langs de baan. Steile oprit is "goede oefening" voor elders op het eiland. Het huis ligt aan een drukke weg maar met gesloten vensters en deuren heb je daar helemaal geen last van. Zowat 1 maal per week is er bij de naburige horecazaak luide muziek tot 23 uur, die je ook met gesloten ramen en deuren blijft horen. Wat meer lege kastruimte om iets weg te steken en wat meer licht in de badkamer om u goed te kunnen scheren zou welkom zijn.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Monique et Frédéric. Cette villa est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Tout le nécessaire est présent, nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours. La ville de Saint Leu est aussi un excellent choix, la ville est vivante, il y a beaucoup de commerces, 2 supermarchés et la mer est accessible. Le plus les concerts aux Rondavelles le week-end en front de mer sont très chouettes.St Leu est aussi un bon emplacement stratégique pour visiter toute l'ile. Merci à Monique et Frédéric pour leur accueil et leurs super conseils.Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés !

Très bon accueil de Monique à notre arrivée. Villa correspondant en tous points à la description. Location bien équipée. La piscine de bonne dimensions a été très agréable surtout avec la chaleur. Les propriétaires (Monique et son époux) que nous avons rencontrés à notre départ sont très symphatiques. Petite attention à notre arrivée, Monique nous a offert un pot de confiture et une bouteille de punch maison. Plutôt sympa. Je recommande. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Propre grand, fonctionel, efficace : La parfaite villa de vacances

Propreté impeccable de tout l'ensemble, l'espace piscine est à l'abri de tout vis à vis. Il y a un bar associatif non loin qui fait des soirées concerts une fois ou deux par semaine, donc ça créé une super ambiance détendue qui permet de profiter de la piscine même tard, sans avoir l'impression de gêner personne. Il est facile de se garer et le parking privatif gère deux véhicule. Les clims des chambres permettent de rafraîchir le salon cathédrale, si besoin. Le salon dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond agréable. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, et dispose d'une machine à café senseo et d'un grand frigo. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a des rangements. La Salle de douche est très moderne, propre et efficace. L'eau est chaude avec un bon débit. Tout est pratique et bien pensé. Le top : Monique, la proprio, est très attentionnée, très sympa, très professionnelle surtout. Une villa remarquable que nous ne manqerons pas de relouer pour un prochain séjour.

Ein wundervolles Haus, eine wundervolle Insel

Die Anreise war unkompliziert, von Paris ein Inlandsflug, und die Annahme und Abgabe des Mietwagens ging reibungslos. Wir sind sehr herzlich und liebevoll von Monique und Frédéric bei unserer Ankunft empfangen worden. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben es sehr genossen, abends auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer zu Essen oder ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Der Pool war ein Segen nach unseren Wanderungen und zum Entspannen an den Nachmittagen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Straße stört nicht. Abends kann man einen tollen Sternenhimmel genießen. St. Leu ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Besuche am Strand. Der Strand von St. Leu ist wunderschön zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Zwei große Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe und in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. In St. Leu können wir die Restaurants Chateau de Sable, Villa Vanille und Dragon Bowl sehr empfehlen. Essen kann man aber überall richtig gut. Eine Hochseeangeltour in St. Gilles ist auch ein Erlebnis. Wanderungen am Kraterrand von Mafate (Maito), im Wald von Les Makes oder im Flussbett bei Entre-Deux waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Zu empfehlen ist noch der Markt in St. Pierre wenn man Souvenirs kaufen möchte und eine Fahrt in den Süden zum Vulkan Piton de la Fournaise. Bei dieser Gelegenheit kann man dort auch die leckere Vanille kaufen. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wundervollen Haus und auf einer traumhaft paradiesischen Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
