Holiday home located in Carqueiranne. It can accommodate 8 people.
Large living room of 60m2 with open kitchen and access to two beautiful terraces.
Superb heated outdoor swimming pool (with extra charge) with ample living space for relaxation and dining.
The pool is secured by a shutter.

The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bedroom with bathroom with independent access that we rent on request with supplement.
- 1 bedroom with 160*200 bed on the ground floor
- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (including a bunk bed) on the ground floor
- 1 bedroom with 160*200 bed with private bathroom on the 1st floor and small terrace.
- the independent bedroom but adjacent to the house has a 160 cm bed and its own bathroom with shower and toilet

We provide bed linen and towels.

Reversible air conditioning is available throughout the house: the living/dining room, kitchen and bedrooms.
You can relax on one of the three large terraces with different exposures; one adjoining the swimming pool, one for outdoor dining near the kitchen (BBQ), and the other with garden furniture for an aperitif or reading.

It is close to the sea (Carqueiranne beach of Péno, Pradon ... and the beaches of the Giens peninsula) and shops. The village bakery is accessible on foot (15 minutes) or by bike.
The Giens peninsula is a 15-minute drive away to relax on the beaches of La Badine or Almanarre.
As for activities: Carqueiranne nautical club for sailing courses, kite surfing (lessons in Carqueiranne or Giens), jogging, cycling, many walks in Giens and Porquerolles, visit of the Carmignac foundation in Porquerolles, Hyères, tree climbing in La Crau etc...
The house has parking for 2 cars inside the property + 2 spaces on the street side.
