Keravice: The Sea on Land

Waterfront villa with a fully equipped kitchen-sunroom, spacious and bright living rooms, large terraces, and breathtaking views across the entire length of Brest Harbour, set on a vast wooded estate in the heart of a region rich in marine and terrestrial biodiversity—a peaceful, secluded location with no neighbors directly across and private access to the Tibidy and Kerdréolet beaches (beaches of small grey pebbles). The water is warmer here than on the golden-sand beaches that open directly onto the open sea (accessible in 35 minutes). Three sea kayaks are available. Outdoor shower. Centrally located in Finistère, just outside the Crozon Peninsula (35 min), the Monts d’Arrée (20 min), close to the medieval village of Le Faou (10 min), the Château de Brest marina (30 minutes), and the medieval town of Quimper (35 minutes). Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed, as the owners are allergic to them.
