Location is perfect. Pool and hot tub were great; really like that it was a small, quiet place. Only issue was that we didn't have hot water the first night, but they did get it fixed the next morning.

Very noisy guest directly above our room. Stomping back and forth and moving furniture around each night, all night. Asked management to speak with guest but they did not. Unable to sleep four nights in a row. I reached out to host and they declined to help. Reached out to VRBO and have not heard from them. I feel I should be compensated in some manner.

Beautiful property and excellent location

Everyone at this resort was fantastic. They were all very helpful and so pleasant during our entire trip. The room was beautiful We got an end unit that overlooked the ocean with a fantastic patio area. The unit is clean and spacious. The pull out bed in the living area was very comfortable for a pull out! The queen bed in the bedroom was fine. We had 2 adults and a toddler in the room. I would say you could do two small children with two adults and still be comfortable. The pool area is a lot of fun. The beach is clean and right on the property. That is hard to find in this area and one of the main reasons we wanted to stay here. One note is that there are no life guards on this area of the beach but we don't go out far so it wasn't a problem for us. Christian was very prompt in answering questions and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.
