Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property is not fit for occupancy. The front door and entire property is covered in gang graffiti. There is broken glass and cigarette butts all over the front entry.
The photos on-line are WAY out of date, as the “views” shown in the pictures have been blocked by new construction that used to be open area.
In addition, the “managers” are not local, they are a group nowhere near the town of Chamonix.
Nobody showed up at the appointed time to even let us in, so we went down the road and found much better accommodations.
We have complained to Expedia and VRBO and the complaint has not been resolved.
We are demanding a full refund but the management company has refused so far.
In short, a complete DUMP and a misleading scam. DO NOT book this property!!!!
