Cut Flower Farm: A Bountiful Getaway for Couples or Small Families.

Welcome to HeartRock! Our cut flower farmette is stocked with modern comforts for all ages. A magical outdoor playground. Most folks that come end up simply wanting to stay due to the wow factor! We have 15 acres to roam, 6 friendly goats, and flowers bursting with colors all outside. Inside our beds are high end Novaform mattresses to give you guaranteed restful sleep. There truly is something for everyone. Have you ever heard the whippoorwill sing while watching the stars or grazed organic veggies amongst the morning dew or felt a seasoned sunset kiss your heart? Come on over, You'll be glad you did.

A rustic haven located in a very peaceful area: The hosts were sweet and helpful, The bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed the antique soaking tubs, firepit, walking the beautiful grounds, and the awesome porch swing. . Delicious coffees and teas were provided and appreciated for our quiet mornings .Will definitely stop by again!

This property is located remotely but still a good distance to Charlottesville and Scottsville which were our old stomping grounds. It is a gorgeous piece of property with perfect amenities for family time we were seeking.Great host! Had amazing time.

The property is secluded and perfect for a weekend getaway to relax. The soaking tubs were fun and different and the fire pit close by is just what we needed to help dry off while enjoying some beverages. Bilbo the cat loved us and we loved him back.

Wonderful stay again! The coffeemaker was extra appreciated as I was doing a lot of early morning birding. Bilbo the VRBO cat was just as friendly and sweet as ever and kept me company for a few hours each evening. Really just a wonderful, special place!

Great Long Weekend Getaway

Beautiful, tranquil place! The grounds are gorgeous and the bed is SO comfortable. The porch or patio is a great place to read a good book or enjoy a great glass of local wine.

Such a beautiful venue and Bilbo was super friendly. The kitchenette was limited, but had what we needed. You have to live out of your suitcase since there is no closet, no place to hang clothes, and no drawers to put clothes in. But, we made it work. Definitely try the outdoor tubs. Very fun and different.

Wonderful stay and cat

The property is lovely as is the room itself. Hosts are kind and helpful. What made the stay extra special was Bilbo the cat, one of the best cats I've ever met. Absolutely hope to return some day!

Nice short getaway

Beautiful place. Very comfortable with everything you'd need for your stay away. Lovely property and easy access to Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Wintergreen, and other outdoor activity. Very nice owners who are great at communicating and answering questions. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Wonderful Anniversary Spot!

We really enjoyed our time here...best memories include: 1. Picnic by the pond, 2. Soaking in the outdoor tubs, 3. Bilbo and the Goats.....priceless!!! The bed was super comfy and rental had everything we needed for our stay..can't say enough good things about this location and the amazing owners.

Rustic woodsy farm charm

A wonderful charming place off the beaten path to disconnect or stay connected, but enjoy all that nature has to offer in a beautiful setting. Clean, quiet, functional, and full of character; remote but still conveniently located near the action of the Route 151 trail of activities. Add bonus of a warm friendly greeting from the resident farm cat, Bilbo and the goats!

Surprise engagement trip

Communication with our host was excellent. Everything was clean and orderly. King bed was very comfortable. Would have liked more options for hanging clothes and to set the heat to what was comfortable for us instead of being asked not to set it above 64. Would also have liked to walk into a warm environment instead of it being 54, but it warmed to 64 degrees quickly enough. The hot water was immediate!

Room with a view…stay and never have to leave.

Four days of a mini vacation. The place is secluded yes but 15 mins away is some amazing food (Vito’s) and grocery for anything to make there. Kim and Greg are great hosts and it was awesome to see them a few times at local events over the 4th weekend. With our dog we could have just stayed on the 16 acres and kept exploring but our hosts hike suggestions were awesome!!! Will totally stay again!!!

Great Getaway - Tell Bilbo we said hi!

The property was breathtaking. It was very apparent that the owners had paid careful attention when creating the space to create a very welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful, and we felt at home as soon as we walked inside the property. Because of the location, it was very easy to stargaze and enjoy the beautiful property at night. Bilbo, the farm cat, was also extremely welcoming and friendly, and we were sad to leave him at the end of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this VRBO, and we plan on returning many times in the future.
