The host was very communicative and helpful to resolve issues, but that meant there were issues. The AC wasn’t working at all the first night and was not very functional after an HVAC tech came. A bed was missing from the listing that we were told would be replaced the next day and we were told we had to use a bulging air mattress until then. Thankfully they did bring a futon day 1. Then the AC wouldn’t get below 81 degrees day 2. Day 3 a tech came again and fixed it so 2 of our 4 night we had AC when the heat index was over 100. They did bring Dana’s the second day when it was obvious the AC wasn’t really working.

It was a really great place! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the layout. The guest bathroom is small so do be aware of that. Everyone ended up taking showers in our bathroom but we didn’t find it that big of a deal.If you have the choice between a car and an SUV, definitely bring an SUV as the driveway has quite the steep bump. The neighborhood was nice and there was even a baby shower up the street during the day when we were there.Would definitely stay here again!

I would not recommend staying here. Fought with the owners on the ac. We would put it on 70 and they kept turning it back up to 73. Then we rented the 3 bedroom house for 6 days and literally only had 6 towels and 4 rags. The house also had a few bugs but not bad on that part. Then it was not in a great neighborhood at all. Witnessed a shooting 2 houses down and had to call the cops. Several places where the floor was falling in and the sheets were stained up. Definitely was dissatisfied with this rental and will not rent again.

Home was just like the pictures and clean. Only concern was the driveway. It is a very steep hill and is hard to back out without feeling like you will fly into a parked car. Overall a very nice stay

This was a great VRBO. 3 bed/2 bath. Close to everything. We were in Atlanta for 6 Flags, Aquarium, Downtown discovery and family time. The house location was close to everything, including a good grocery store and dining/delivery options. The house is an older home but maintained. Great beds and a great living room. India was very responsive when we had a question.

Friends and I spent the weekend visiting different noodle and dumpling spots around Atlanta. This place was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and even the couch in the living was super comfortable. The hall bathroom was a little small for my liking but it got us by. The Host India was great. She communicated at the start of the trip and at the end via the VRBO app. Overall definitely a place worth booking.
