Seagrape 1 is a new beautiful large 1 bedroom suite located in Cruz Bay. Located at the top of Seagrape lane this property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Croix. The living room area has a dining table for 4. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 12 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.

Welcome to Seagrape Vista to enjoy all the beaches, nature trails, underwater wonders that St John has to offer. We, Susan and Anders, are Swedish, have lived and worked in 4 countries, travelled through 6 continents, and spent the last 20 years in Pennsylvania. We like to travel, hike with our dogs, swim, sail, ski, dance and enjoy a variety of cuisine. During our trips to various places in the Caribbean we fell in love with St John and Cruz Bay and settled down here in 2020. Seagrape Vista is designed according to our tastes and hope it will suit you as well. You can walk to the beach and to Cruz Bay center and restaurants. See the evening lights on St Thomas and the sunset from your private balcony and enjoy a suite with essential amenities.
