Recently decorated with a coastal feel and a brand new 55” TV, the condo has a King Sized Master Bedroom Suite and Twin beds in the guest room and a washer dryer in the unit. Amenities: Grounds have a resort like look and feel, Heated Pool and Spa, Nice Clubhouse, Fitness Center with Locker Room and Sauna, Tennis Courts, Elevator and Wireless Internet. Beachplace is just minutes from the renowned shops and world-class dining at St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. One Month rental Minimum but some special request will be considered. No smoking / no pets.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Beachplace was just perfect! The condo was newly updated and very clean. It was well appointed with everything you need for a beach getaway. Gail was great to work with and always responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The amenities at Beachplace were fabulous. Really nice pool area with grills. Chairs and umbrellas set up each morning on the beach. The beach was amazing and the views from the balcony were beautiful! Looking forward to going back!!

Lovely Condo

Condo was very nice. Beautiful place for long beach walks along the Gulf of Mexico. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you! Unit advertised that it sleeps 6, it only sleeps 4. There is no Murphy bed. Unit was comfortable.

Why they chose this property

Very few places have the opportunity to have a gulf and bay views! Also, Beachplace is beautiful and well kept and just minutes away from Armand Circle. The condo has recently been renovated and redecorated with a light and airy coastal feel. It makes you happy, relaxed and feel right at home!

What makes this property unique

Gulf and Bay views and the best heated pool I've seen! Tennis, exercise facility, hot tub, awesome baby pool, beach area is really nice withy complimentary chairs and umbrellas are all wonderful benefits of this property!
