Historical cottage "Mühlbach". In the resort Feichten, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: property (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 40 m, indoor swimming pool. Tennis 50 m, ski lift, ski rental 120 m, ski school, sled run 200 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 100 m, children's playground 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaunertaler Gletscher 21 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 21 km, Fendels Talstation 14 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat, Verpeil. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels (Ried) and Kaunertaler Gletscher. Reduced entry to the indoor pool and the "Quellalpin" sauna (50 m away) included!

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and radio. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre wunderschöne Lage direkt im Ortszentrum – ein Supermarkt, zwei Sportgeschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Ein tolles Extra: Für das nahegelegene Schwimmbad erhält man sogar 50 % Rabatt, was besonders den Kindern am Ski-Pausetag riesigen Spaß gemacht hat!Auch für den Winterurlaub ist die Unterkunft ideal: Zum Skibus sind es nur ein paar Schritte, und Schneewanderungen kann man direkt vor der Haustür starten. In der Wohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt; sie ist geräumig, ruhig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet – besonders die Spülmaschine und den Backofen haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sogar an Details wie Gäste-Hausschuhe wurde gedacht!Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Skikeller mit Schuhtrockner sowie der reichliche Platz in den Schränken inklusive genügend Kleiderbügeln und ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Skisachen. Die bequemen Betten, der ausgezeichnete WLAN-Empfang und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür runden das Paket perfekt ab. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Frusen semester

Stor lägenhet, väl utrustat kök. Omtänksam värdinna. Huset är mycket nära busshållplatsen, nära till inomhus simhall och affärer, även mataffär finns i närheten. Förträfflig utsikt över bergen. Men vårt betyg är ändå lågt, då lägenheten är omodern. Det var mycket kallt i lägenheten hela tiden och värdinnans åtgärd hjälpte inte. Vi fick ha varma kläder på oss inomhus, men vi frös ändå. Badrummet och tamburen var kallast.

Pluspunten: Mooie locatie in centrum dorp bij winkels, zwembad en restaurant. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Het is een rustig en ruim genoeg appartement. Twee van de drie slaapkamers hebben hele fijne bedden. Parkeren voor de deur. Prima WiFi signaal. Aardige gastvrouw. Minpunten: Master bedroom (met tv) had minder goed bed dan andere kamers (zou ik even omwisselen).
