From the cottage, you have plenty of opportunities to go out with the whole family. The cottage is a bit impractical for a large family of six due to the layout and two small kitchens. The kitchens, along with one or two mattresses, are in dire need of updating. Communication with the tenants is excellent, and they are very helpful. The Silvretta card is only useful if you use the lifts frequently, and it would be helpful if there were better communication about costs and options beforehand. This is somewhat impractical upon arrival.

Wir waren als Familie mit Großeltern kurzfristig für 4 Tage mit einem kl. Hund in den Wohnungen.Die Großeltern hatten die zweite Wohnung und wir mit unserer Tochter die andere Wohnung. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin.Von hieraus alles gut zu erreichen, allerdings -wie natürlich zu erwarten- sehr steile An-und Abfahrt. Die Seilbahn ist tatsächlich nicht weit weg, allerdings auf Grund der steilen Strecke kaum zu Fuß machbar, vor allem wenn man nicht komplett fit ist. Kommen gerne wieder!

Eigentlich sind es 2 Wohnungen. Eines der 4 Schlafzimmer ist jedoch ein Durchgangszimmer zum nächsten Schlafzimmer! Dort steht zusätzlich ein kleiner Tisch. Die Küchen sind sehr klein. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, wurde aber am 2. Tag ersetzt. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber, wir haben erst mal alles in die Spülmaschine gepackt, dann ok - Tabs waren vorhanden. Der Hund der Vermieter läuft frei rum, hüpft gern an einem hoch, das darf einen nicht stören. Wohnung war zu kühl.

Urlaub in den Bergen

2 Ferienwohnung mit je 4 Zimmern und kleiner Küche. Die größere Wohnung hatte ein Zimmer mit Fernseher, Tisch und Stühle (für Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen). Die beiden Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Geschirr war leider schmutzig, Fugen im Bad zu Teil dunkel.
