In the district of Dellach, 7 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 20 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 1'500 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Feldkirchen in Kärnten" 6 km, public bathing area 6 km, bathing lake "Ossiachersee" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 4 km, gondola lift 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlitzen (Kanzelbahn) 20 km, Simonhöhe 22 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 34 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ossiachersee 8 km, Wörthersee 15 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Viel Stauraum, bequeme Betten in zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, große Terrasse, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, Ruhelage, es gab keinen Ärger obwohl die Kinder gelegentlich laut waren.

Erster Urlaub in Österreich

Unser Urlaub war mega. Die Wohnung war top, etwas rustikal aber sehr schön und sauber, auch nicht zu groß und auch nicht zu klein. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und obendrein sehr tierlieb und auch liebe Tiere (Hund und Katze) welche uns, vor allem die Katze, immer begrüßt und auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage der Wohnung war außerhalb vom Schuss, aber alles innerhalb 10 bis 15 Autominuten erreichbar. Dafür war es sehr sehr ruhig, der erste Urlaub bei dem wir mal richtig abgeschaltet haben und auch mal die Nächte durchgeschlafen haben 😊 Alles in allem sehr sehr schön und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt mit Balkon und Parkplatz In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man zum überleben braucht.

Zutreffende Beschreibung

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Die Hauswirtin ist sehr bemüht und setzt Reklamationen sofort um, z. B. Austausch defekter Glühbirne. Der Brötchenservice ist eine angenehme Sache, zumal der Bäcker ein gutes Stück entfernt ist. Wenn man nicht zu sensibel ist, macht die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses nichts aus. Lediglich der Geruch im Hausgang, vermutlich Öltanks, ist doch sehr streng, dringt aber nicht in die Wohnung.

Miły, zadbany, schludny apartament. Duże przestronne sypialnie i salon. Troszeczkę za mała łazienka. Gospodarze bardzo mili i uczynni. Jedyną wadą jest mały zestaw naczyń w kuchni. Dodatkową zaletą bezpłatne wi-fi.
