Malheusement, pas de vue sur le remblai car l'appartement donne à l'opposé de la plage mais sitôt sorti de l'immeuble, la plage est à 50 mètres... c'est pratique. Les commerces sont vraiment très proches.L'appartement est propre, clair et simple... pas besoin de plus. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fluides et cordiaux. A refaire à l'occasion.
