Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Mooie ligging aan de piste

Het appartement was compleet, het keukengerei en servies was bij elkaar geraapt. Er is geen rookmelder op het appartement aanwezig, dat geeft een onveilig gevoel. Jammer dat je verplicht wordt om de schoonmaakkosten te betalen, er is geen keuzemogelijkheid om het zelf te doen. De kosten voor het schoonmaken zijn hoog in relatie tot de grootte van het appartement. Ook het linnengoed is erg aan de prijs. Alles gaat pp, zowel het linnengoed als de schoonmaak, en dat tikt erg aan.
