Located in an oceanfront resort with two swimming pools (one heated), tennis courts, fitness center, shuffleboard, and so much more. The condo is conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine. It's the perfect resort to start enjoying your vacation, anytime of the year!

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit located in the "I” building with elevator. It has many recent upgrades to include: new floors, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, Flat Screen TV's and so much more. Also, bring your electronics, because the condo also has WIFI. It's location is perfect for a stroll to the beach, which is a very short walk.

The balcony area is shaded so you can sit, relax, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze and ocean view. With beautiful green grass and palm trees, it's like you're in paradise.

The living room is cozy and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV in the living room. After a busy day at the beach or on the road, it's a treat to come to this condo for some much-needed relaxation!

The design of the condo is an open-plan with sliding glass doors to the balcony.

Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. Full-size appliances and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The breakfast bar has 3 stools for eating your meals. The condo has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, icemaker, and dishwasher.

The bedroom boasts a king-size bed and plenty of closet space, and full ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

The second bath contains a bathtub and shower combination. Convenient to the bedroom, it has enough room for you to spread out your toiletries.

Don’t worry about taking the laundry home with you, our condo also features your own washer and dryer.

You will enjoy all the amenities of the Ocean Village Club complex, from the picnic areas with BBQ grills to the lending library and fitness center. The ocean is just steps away, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, white sands, and rolling waves.

My family and I stayed here for a few days during our vacation and it was great. Clean, view of the ocean from balcony, great location, close to pool and beach. Owners went over and beyond to make stay comfortable. They even had a couple baskets full of games to play with your family. I would stay again for sure. Thank you!

We loved the place. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was located in the middle of the complex between the two pools which was nice. It’s convenient to shopping and very short walk to the beach access. All beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa.

THE property was in a location where all you saw were wires and houses. Not a easy walk to the beach. Will not stay at any VRBO's there.
