Rott 7 km from Bösingfeld: Holiday village "Ferienpark Extertal". Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. Parking at 20 m. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Rinteln" 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, riding stable 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Doktorsee 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Walking trails and hike from the park. The park is located on the edge of the nature reserve and typical Scandinavian wooden houses are in. IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS: the simultaneous booking of apartments DE4923.130.1 and DE4923.130.2 gives access to the whole house. Please note: holiday homes are only allowed for tourist purposes.
4-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: sauna, iron, children's high chair, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. The shared wardrobe for the single- and double room is located on the corridor on the upper floor. Living-/dining room with underfloor heating. Bathroom with underfloor heating and access to the sauna. 1 reserved parking space 20m from the house. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Ruhige Weihnachten

Wir wollten ruhige und entspannte Weihnachten und das Gatten wir definitiv. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg.

Insgesamt eine runde Sache; gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, aber alles funktionstüchtig. Für 4 erwachsene Männer ist der Grill zu klein ;-)

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand eines Feriendorfes und die Kinder können in dem angrenzenden hügeligen Wald spielen. Im Externtal selbst gibt gute ausgeschilderte Wanderwege und in der Umgebung viele weitere Wander- und Ausflugsziele, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Was im Vergleich zu anderen Feriendörfern etwas fehlt, sind Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen für Besucher, etwa eine zentraler Spielplatz, wo sich Kinder treffen könnten. Bei unserem Urlaub haben das unsere Kinder aber nicht weiter vermisst.

Tolle, ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für aus

Sehr gut ausgestattet, Gute Betten, Küche auch mit unserer Groß Familie ( hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet)kein Problem, da Geschirr u. Besteck nicht abgezählt, sondern reichlich vorhanden! Nette Vermieterin und Wohnungen top sauber! Eine ganze Schublade voller Spiele!

Traumhaftes Haus

Die Gegend war total schön,toll und ruhig Ich hab das Haus sehr romantisch empfunden Außerdem ist das Haus mit einer schön winzigen Sauna ausgerüstet. Die Küche ist modern und reichlich eingerichtet. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar und alles war sauber.jedenfalls wollen wir es wiederholen.
