Mrs Vera was very kind and every time at our disposal. Perfect location, restored apartments with a fantastic view on lake of Lugano and town! Others guest very kind. Heated cool. Private covered parking (extra payment), very quite and silent area. Bus stop n. 12 within easy walk from the residence to visit the center of Lugano.

Die Lage ist absolut top, super Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Bucht von Lugano. Haltestelle von Bus und Zahnradbahn direkt daneben. So ist man schnell am Lido, im Park Ciani und an der Einkaufsmeile oder in die andere Richtung auf dem Gipfel des Monte Bre, wo man auf einem Wanderweg direkt zur Anlage zurückwandern kann. Besonders angenehm ist der Pool und die Lounge Terrasse. Alles ist sauber und die Leitung sehr freundlich und diskret. WLAN nur an der Reception, 4G-Empfang gut.

Een wonder mooi locatie

Het vakantie huis was makkelijk bereikbaar bij auto en voor ons ook te voet. Gelegen in een prachtige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelaars en fietsers. met veel te doen en te zien. Het appartement was proper en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Het boeken was makkelijk en contact met de organisatie van verhuur was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug.

Sehr gemütlich mit gradiosem Blick auf Lugano

Wir waren zu zweit in einer 1-Zimmerwohnung 24 J und 12 J. Platz war gerade genug. Die Matraze des Schrankbett war ein wenig zu hart aber das ist ja individuell. Der Blick vom Balkon ist genau so wie auf den Bildern einfach top. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs was sicher von vorteil war, mit der Standseilbahn ist man aber auch in einer guten Zeit in der Stadt. Der Pool was sehr sauber aber sehr warm mit 33 Grad. Die Küche war i.o aber Dampfabzug und Geschirrspüler funktionierten nicht. Die Unterkunft war im allgemeinen sauber. Und alles organisatorische klappte reibungslos. Wir können Ihnen die Unterkunft also gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Übergabe war freundlich und problemlos. Die Aussicht war hervorragend und die Verkehrsanbindung hat gut funktioniert.

Cadre magnifique sur Lugano, appartement vieillot des années '70

Bonjour, Très beau week-end de Pentecôte. Vue magnifique autant la nuit que le jour sur la baie de Lugano et les environs. Tranquilité absolue dans un écrin de verdure. Absence totale d'accueil tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Appartement ancien avec lave-vaisselle en panne et flexible de douche abîmé et coupant! A par la literie mise en place, l'appartement n'a pas été préparé: frigo éteint, micro-onde dans un placard, TV et autres appareils et lampadaires non branchés... Personne de contact ne parlant pas le français (italien et allemand seulement!). On peut attendre un peu mieux pour une région aussi touristique. Cordialement M. ENGGIST
