Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Schramberg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with lawn for sunbathing. Patio, children's playground. In the house: lounge, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Schiltach" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. The "Biohof" (organic farm) comprises 2 buildings situated in the middle of nature (630 m above sea level), 5 km outside of Hinterlehengericht, with magnificent views to the Black Forest. The farm is run organically, the calves are brought up with their mothers, the meat is marketed by the owner himself. There are also 2 dogs, cats and dwarf rabbits at the property.
