About this property

Wonderful 'Veranda' style 2/3 bed / 2 bath Condo. This 'Veranda' style ground floor condo is in a building of 12 units. The home was completed in Sept 2012 and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. The Living area has a beautiful cream colored leather sectional sofa and coordinated coffee and end tables. Relax here and enjoy the large flat screen TV equipped. There are two inside dining areas. The formal dining has a stylish wooden table c/w six chairs, while the relaxing nook area with great views has a contemporary wicker dinette set. The Master Bedroom has been equipped with light refreshing furniture and comprises a King Size bed, nightstands, dresser and flat screen TV. This leads to the en-suite that has dual vanities, walk in shower & WC. There is also a large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has also been equipped with 2 Extra Long twin beds. Linens have been provided so that the 2 beds can be pushed together to form a King Size bed. The Den has a sofa bed and additional flat screen TV. A luxury gel mattress has been additionally supplied to ensure good sleeping. This home also offers the unique benefit of two lanai areas. The rear offers spectacular views of a large lake with the River Strand golf course beyond. Or enjoy the large front Veranda. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and is finished with Maple cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel finish appliances. Just a short walk takes you to one of the community's nice satellite pools. Guests staying for longer periods (ask for details) can also benefit from the transfer of the River Strand golf and social membership. loss of internet

This was a golf vacation for me and a working vacation for my partner. The internet started sporadically dropping off line after 11 days of our stay. For 2 days she was dropped off several zoom calls and loosing spreadsheet data she had spent hours working on. We called internet provider found out router equipment was 6 years old so I drove over and picked up new router and modem. The property manager arrived and after several hours got service started again. Later that evening internet went down again. This became an unacceptable situation. She had been working on this project for over 6 month with scheduled completion date the following week. Work came first and this put her in a very stressful position. She felt she had to drive home to work in the office in order to complete this project, which she did the following week. She drove home after a 2 week of a scheduled 1 month stay. I would have returned with her but our friend was already scheduled to fly down for a visit and I wasn't going to make him cancel his trip due to our problem. I had to rent a car for that week and ended up driving back home after our friend left. The owner offered no refund for either our shortened stay or car rental.
