Our stay was very home filling the only thing that i was bothered by was there was no tissue or paper towels in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen but overall my stay was Great

Unprofessional, rude, and broke violations of privacy

This homeowner was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I searched for an apartment for my birthday weekend in hopes of hosting my friends to celebrate with me. In the property details, it is listed that "events allowed". Before the guest arrives we moved a glass desk with a fake plant on top to clear out the kitchen area, we then get a call from the owner saying that her camera was moved, and needed to be placed back. That is a complete violation of VRBO policies because cameras can not be inside the property and a violation of our privacy. We had no idea where the camera was hidden and she told us it was inside the fake plant. Nowhere in her details did she mention there would be cameras inside the home. She was able to hear everything inside and can control the RING camera to see inside the apartment we rented for the weekend. She was rude over the phone and tried to charge us a $300 fee for hosting a party that was not even more than 12 guests at the time of the call. She told us to either send the $300 through Zelle, kick out my friends who came for my birthday, or she would cancel our stay and remove us from the premises. She was unprofessional, rude, and she violated our rights to privacy. Do not stay here!
