The apartment was functional, well kitted out and very good for the price. It is close enough to the station, supermarkets and the cable car for the skiing slopes. Ms H. and her father (who look after the property) were always extremely helpful. I would happily return to this apartment again.

No wifi in the room
Simple but clean. Easy access to Jakobhorn and Davos Platz Station. However no internet in the room, while the description say : wifi is available in all area and charge are applicable

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in hier, dieses Mal in einer Wohnung zur Rückseite - das Mobiliar war etwas älter, aber durchaus befriedigend. Ein neuer Toaster und ein Wasserkocher würden die Gebrauchsgegenstände aufwerten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wie beim letzten Mal gut.

Alles, was ein Wanderer braucht!
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist aber auch immer jemand da, sollte es doch mal Fragen geben. Wir sind schon das vierte Mal in dieser Wohnung - und kommen gerne nochmal, wenn es weiterhin dazu die Davos-Gästekarte mit Liftbenutzung gibt ...

nördig liegendes 1-Zi Studio Nr. 701 sehr ruhig, und hell
Der Hausmeister Herr XXX ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bin im Rollstuhl und er gab mir einen elektronischen Tiefgaragetoröffner. Waschmaschine/Tumbler super. Glas, Alu, Papier, Karton, und kleine Kehrichtsäcke kann man im jeweiligen Stockwerk in extra Raum entsorgen, täglich erfolgt vom Hause die Beseitigung. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt in diesem Haus, sehr sauber in den Etagen und im schönen Haupt- Eingang. Dienste der Interhome und die erste Wohnung 601 haben eher enttäuscht. Ein Dank gilt deshalb hier dem Hausverwalter Herr XXX, welcher mir dann auch zur Wohnung 701 verhalf für Verlängerung im Hause.
