Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Kleine Wohnung im Stil der 70er Jahre (schon fast Retro), mit allem ausgestattet, was im Alltag wichtig ist (, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Herd, Spüle, Backofen, Abwaschmaschine, Wasserkocher). Gute Lage, Möglichkeit eine Garage dazuzumieten.

Diese Wohnung ist auf dem Stand der "70 er" geblieben! Lediglich das TV-Gerät entspricht dem neuesten Stand! Wacklige Bestuhlung - schummrige Beleuchtung - Besteck wahllos im Korb - Silikonverfugungen im Bad mit deutlicher Schimmelbildung! Auf dem Kleiderschrank wurde seit längerer Zeit nicht abgestaubt!! Deshalb Note 5!!
