Excellent location. 2 blocks from Sagrada familia metro. Place was clean. All appliances worked. Nice having a washer/dryer combo for laundry. Terrace on the same floor as condo has additional clothes line and a great view of Sagrada Familia church. Apt is on top floor, has elevator. Within a block you have bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and a ton of restaurants. Apt manager was very nice and very responsive. The AC was leaking from a clogged hose and the repairman came next day. Would stay again

Great location and attractive space

The apartment is small but well organized and equipped. It is very quiet. Very close to Familia Sagrada and its Metro station. Although we had exchanged emails with the host 30 minutes before our projected arrival, no one was there to meet us. A helpful tenant called the host's number - no answer. On a later try a woman answered and promised help. We waited 45 minutes before Natalia arrived. Fortunately inside thanks to the nice tenant. The hot water can go abruptly from hot to cold in the shower.

Great location/uncomfortable stay

Things that made us dislike the property: Bed was uncomfortable. Felt every spring in the mattress. Overwhelming smoke smell. We had to purchase air freshener to make it tolerable. After the water heater was repaired, we were only able to get hot water for 30 seconds at a time. There were small ants in the kitchen on day 2 and every day after that. Roof terrace access was implied in the advertisement, but denied upon check in. Things we liked about the property: Location was great. Property was clean.

Decent stay PROS:- Decent value for the great location and good size- Easy check in, friendly host met up to hand off keys in personCONS:- Very uncomfortable bed: lumpy mattress, loud squeaky springs that you could feel- Not dirty per se but not well kept -- dishes in the cupboard were not cleaned properly, the only paper towels available were old and yellowed, drawers were falling out- Strange that the windows looked out into the building -- gave a bit of a claustrophobic, enclosed feeling

Nous avons apprécié l appart. propre et bien équipé.( famille 3 personnes.) c 'était calme, le seul bémol est le manque de vue vers l extérieur, seulement une petite fenetre dans une cour. bon accueil de la personne qui le gère. très bon séjour.Proche de la sagrada familia, quartier pratique. attention pas d accès à la terrasse comme on voit sur la photo.donc pas de vue sur la sagrada familia depuis l appart.sinon tres bien.internet n a pas fonctionné durant le séjour.
