Great base for exploring the mountains!
Clean and well-stocked, this villa is the perfect place to stay while exploring Banff and Lake Louise. We loved cooking meals and planning our days in the kitchen and dining room. Three bedrooms meant everyone could spread out and relax.

Great location with beautiful views
The condo is in a great location with beautiful views. It is close to Banff and several great places to hike. It is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the grill. It is necessary to pick up a few things at the local grocery store such as coffee filters and similar items. Parking is easy but the spaces are a little narrow. We would definitely check into renting this location again if we are staying in the area.

This was a great condo for our family!! We had a reservation at another location that cancelled on us last minute and fortunately, Donna was able to accommodate us! She even let us check in a few min earlier than planned which was helpful!! The views from this condo are outstanding as you look out to Three Sisters. And the patio.. one of the biggest you'll get! Big enough for a table, 6 chairs and grill - I could've stayed here the whole time!! It was great to have a master bedroom & a room each for both of my teens, just perfect!
And we were given a copy of Donna's book "Out and About", which was so very helpful on planning hikes and activities in Canmore & Banff!

This is a comfortable condo in a great location.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the living area with another half-bath downstairs, there is lots of room. In addition there is a large deck with barbeque for outdoor dining or relaxing. The mountain view from the deck (or out the livingroom window) is gorgeous! The condo is well equipped for cooking and eating in - which is particularly nice these days. But there are many nice places to eat out nearby too. You can walk to downtown easily, and there is a new plaza with some shops and restaurants just a block away.
The condo is a little older and starting to show its age, but it is clean and comfortable. Note though for those with mobility difficulty, there are stairs up to the entrance and stairs inside the condo.
The hosts, Donna and Kimberly are a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit was in a great location, and was a great floorplan. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking our own meals easy. We found the unit to be a little dirty in places, which leaves you uncomfortable in COVID times. We also found that there were some parts of the unit that could use some maintenance (ie. kitchen faucet shoots water at you when turned on, or leaks onto counter). We also had a poor experience with check in. No one sent us the information to get into the unit, and when we arrived 2 hours after check in time, we still didn't have the info. We needed to call the contact and ask for it. The individual accidentally gave us the wrong door code, and we had to call for the right code. Not terrible, but not ideal either.

We enjoyed this property for our weekend getaway to Canmore. The condo is in a great location to walk to downtown. There were a few little things like a bar missing in the stair railing and the upstairs tub faucet being difficult to switch between shower and tub mode, but overall we had a great stay. We loved the views and the layout. We enjoyed having the upstairs with bedrooms So we didn’t have to worry too much about being noisy after the kids were in bed.
Excellent location. We've stayed here before. Nice unit but needs some TLC. Issues with closet doors off the rails and wonky shower in ensuite. Otherwise good and nicely appointed. Huge deck.
My Family and I loved spending time here. In a time where you just need to social distance and get away from things this was a great spot. Yes, it’s not a new hotel, but for the price and the location it is well worth the stay.
Upon arrival on Friday 12/27, the trash was still in condo and disappointed with overall cleanliness of unit and condition of furnishings. In addition to being dirty there were lampshades broken, a part of the stair banister was missing that rattled every time you walked up or down stairs and busted and beat furniture. The owner/manager did refund our cleaning deposit upon notification of lack of cleanliness, which was appreciated.
The real issue was we didn’t have heat until the last night even though we notified owner/manage after realizing this our first night. We ran the gas fireplace so we could hang out in the main room and be somewhat comfortable but was freezing upstairs in all the bedrooms. We felt like the owners/managers did not address the heat as promptly as they should have. First they told us the husband would come by and assess, which we don’t believe happened. Then the second day they just followed up to see if still broken, which we responded yes don’t believe working and provided details like what the temperature was set on (24degrees), where temperature was holding (18 degrees), the pipes were cold to touch, blowing air but not warm, etc. Then we didn’t hear anything for a few days when finally someone came and corrected issue because we spent our last night Friday, 1/3 with heat.
Given the amount of money we spent the accommodations should’ve been a lot better. Having said that we would not recommend this unit.
Very straightforward process. We were impressed with all the amenities on offer within the condo and how close it was to the downtown without being on a busy main road.

Not as advertised and not clean
Beautiful location and nice layout . However, cleaning has been substandard for some time (drips on walls in the bathroom and bedrooms, filthy oven, dishwasher build up of grunge and soap, candy wrappers and used kleenex under beds, dust build up behind tv and shelves, dirty carpets). Also, two floor boards are a tripping hazard in main traffic areas (in front of the tv and in the passageway between kitchen and dining areas) Boards pop out is you step on them a certain way. Several light bulbs burnt out as well. This propoerty needs a deep clean to warrant the price charged.
The place was very nice.
Parking is tight.
The walls really need some fresh paint and the carpet needs better vacuuming.
It was close to amenities for walking.
And we had lots of room for the family.
A super and great value property in a very convenient location - within 20 mins easy drive of Banff, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. BBQ on the balcony with beautiful views was fab, and a treat being able to use hot tub. Donna responds quickly to messages and sorts anything needed. Few finishing touches would turn great to excellent (e.g. cupboard handles fixed upstairs, paint scuffs/marks cleaned, proper/large chopping board, toilet brush in main bathroom, advise guests to look out for fire mountain lodge sign as makes easy to find property). Very kind to offer use of park pass, wish we had known beforehand as we'd purchased one in Jasper but a great bonus, and also various foodstuffs available (e.g. oil, maple syrup) as well as toiletries and hairdryer - the international adaptor was really handy too, thank you! Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and would recommend. Thanks!
Property is well maintained, appliances are new, utensils and all needed to cook including grill were more than adequate. Minor fix required for MBR door handle and replacement of couch. We enjoyed our stay, loved the view and the town of Canmore...
